James is an award-winning school director, a past So You Think You Can Dance choreographer and international instructor with 10+ years of instructing experience. He will probably be your teacher if you do the Introduction to Latin Dancing course, which is worth doing just for his dad jokes.

Madalyn is well recognised and respected nation-wide for her uniquely elegant approach to Salsa dancing. As a well-rounded dancer, Madalyn also delivers our very popular Thursday evening Salsa Body Movement and Heels classes.

Kristi is a world Bachata champion having earned her world title at the 2018 World Latin Dance Cup in Miami.  She has trained, taught and performed throughout Australia, across Europe and in America.

Jai spends half the year touring in Europe as an artist and the other half teaching In the Australia.  His dance loves are Salsa and Cha Cha.  He specialises in leading & following techniques and musicality.

Woo & Illary (originally from Korea and Italy) have become some of the most sought after instructors in Australia. They are instantly recognised for their unique blend of urban style with effortless elegance.

Woo, also a trained Physiotherapist, is exceptional at identifying the root causes dancers struggle with that hinder the development or mastery of their groove, body movement, style, musicality, and repertoire.

Woo & Illary's envious style and talent is matched by their passion for building a new generation of social dancers, dancers with solid fundamentals, natural groove, and an innate sense of musicality. 

Illary’s passion for Bachata earned her a resident teaching position at London’s biggest school Bachata Spice, in addition to other successful schools Salsateca, BOS and Pineapple Studio.  We are delighted to have her come onboard as one of our newest instructors.

Paul started as a student at Dance Culture and, through consistent conscientious work, has developed into an impressive dancer with a dedication for helping others discover and enjoy Latin Dancing.

Diego comes to us from Colombia.  He is a phenomenal instructor who runs our dance fitness and flexibility classes.  He loves to greet every student and, as he says, you will burn a lot of calories!

Avanka has been consistently attending Dance Culture for several years and during that time has blossomed into a beautiful dancer.  She generously gives up her own time on a weekly basis to help with classes and also help behind the scenes. 

Kirsten is a full-time high school dance teacher specialising in Lyrical Contemporary.  An incredible dancer and choreographer in her own right, Kirsten has been attending Dance Culture for years for enjoyment and will also jump in to help when we need.

Codee is a long-term advocate of Dance Culture and one of our latest additions to the team, working behind the scenes to help the school run smoothly.
